The bride and groom decided to dive off the coast of Neelankarai all decked up for their wedding. The wedding took place as per traditions, only it was underwater. They dived in at an auspicious time in the morning and exchanged garlands and tied the thaali before 7.30 AM as per instructions from the priest. They also planned for a flower shower and made it every bit memorable.
The groom has been scuba diving for the past 12 years while the bride learnt a month before the wedding to make it happen. She also says that it was an experience of a lifetime that she will always cherish.
