Pearly and Nikhil wore matching white wedding outfits at their wedding, and we’re loving their coordinated looks. They initially connected on an online marriage portal- Jeevansathi. And within 3 days, they both felt a friendly connection for one another. Both Nikhil and Pearly were pretty clear that they do not want to rush into marriage, so they both decided to take their sweet time while making their friendship stronger. Soon, getting to know each other made them realize that they’re ready to carry this friendship for the rest of their lives. And the rest was history. The wedding date was fixed for 9th December 2020.
Even though the pandemic hit, they didn’t want to postpone their wedding. They decided to have a small wedding but with the same enthusiasm as that of a big fat wedding. Interestingly, Pearly had worked as a wedding planner and decor designer before taking up a corporate job in media. So, she planned and designed her own wedding while connecting with vendors she had earlier worked with.
All About The Dreamy Wedding With The Couple In Matching White Wedding Outfits-
1. Mehendi Function
Pearly wore a pastel grey lehenga with a semi-stitched long kurti. And she styled a chunky choker necklace that matched her outfit. Pearly looked all happy and cheerful surrounded by her bridesmaids.

2. A Happy Haldi Ceremony
The intimate Haldi ceremony pictures exude a sense of merriment and joy. And the smiling faces of both the bride and groom say it all.
3. Cocktail Party
Nikhil wore a tuxedo set and looked super-dashing in his formal set. And Pearly donned a mulberry-toned lehenga with cape-style blouse sleeves. She accessorized her cocktail outfit with a pearly choker and stud earrings. She kept her look minimal and elegant with an open hairstyle.

4. Couple Wearing Matching White Wedding Outfits Completely Impressed Us
For her wedding outfit, Pearly reached out to Meraki Studios and shared a reference of what she wanted her wedding lehenga to look like. And evidently, they delivered Pearly’s wishes. She wore a gorgeous white lehenga with stunning gold details. The lehenga had a thick gold border and a sheer gold dupatta.
Pearly rocked pastel-hued roses as hair accessories in her floral bun. The hair bun looked like a beautiful rose bouquet.
Her partner-in-crime, Nikhil, wore a white sherwani and a dupatta that both had gold details over them. He also donned a printed safa which added a glorious touch to his groom’s look.

5. Wedding Decor
The decor department for all the events was managed by our talented bride Pearly. And we’re simply awestruck by her beautiful work. The decor had a lot of floral elements that added a very pleasant vibe to the decor. Especially the mandap decor that had a gorgeous floral ceiling and light furnishings.

6. Mumbai Wedding Ceremony
Pearly described her wedding story as “… one classic example of breaking the stereotype unions forming out of traditional wedding platforms”; and we couldn’t agree more. The couple got married in an intimate wedding ceremony with their friends and family. The couple looked absolutely stunning together and we’re so glad that these two decided to take their friendship forward.
7. Reception Look
We appreciate how Pearly remodeled her wedding lehenga for the reception ceremony. She styled her wedding lehenga skirt with a handwork corset top. That was a great way to re-utilize her wedding dress. They both looked happy in love.
