Bageecha

Bageecha is a story conceptualised in Banaras. Working with their own weavers from Banaras, Bageecha aims to capture the exuberance of the city and history of Banaras and intends to to hold on to its traditional designing roots with a vision to cater to the changing world. Bageecha vows to capture the soul of the youthful independent woman, who in her heart personifies herself as the timeless classic beauty. Inspired by glorious Indian Art, Architecture and Culture, greatly influenced by the different schools of Indian miniature paintings such as Mughal and Rajput, Bageecha has an Indian soul. It not only celebrates the art of weaving through its traditional bootas and jaals, but Bageecha is a celebration of everything Indian; our artisans, bright colours, crafts and jewellery, weddings, traditions and cultures.
