The lady who designed the #cancansaree – Tia Bhuva, is giving us major saree style inspiration today and is our blogger of the week! Based in Canada, she’s a full time Buyer at Walmart but does this fun experiment in her free time. What started off as an activity that involved prancing around in her mom’s sarees, has now become an Instagram sensation that we all follow closely. Many girls are aping the trend and trying something similar in their DIY videos too.
Ideal for any Indian festivities, her style is unique and definitely relatable. From combining western pieces along with the traditional sarees, she gives the viewers fresh ideas on Indian wear every single day. The Lehenga saree is our favourite.
You see a burst of colors every time Tia posts a new picture on her Instagram. She makes an ordinary saree turn something spectacular with her amazing draping tricks and also the selection of colors and jewellery that go along with it!
