1. White Hues – House of Kotwara
Sushmita Sen walked the ramp for Meera Muzaffar Ali in a beautiful white lehenga. Giving us the glimpse of her beautiful sequinned dupatta, the Ex-Miss Universe posed as one graceful and charming bride.
2. Red Ruffles – Ashwini Reddy
Ashwini Reddy’s playful red and golden creation was upbeat and stylish. The blouse had ruffle sleeves which gave the entire look a dramatic flair.
3. Simplicity Speaks – Lajjoo C
This subtly-hued plain shiny gown along with its interestingly draped dupatta is one cool creation that is giving us the comfy chic vibes, isn’t it?
4. Gulaab Trail – Julie Shah
Kiara Advani wore a black corset top with a detailed black skirt by Julie Shah. Roses were intricately woven into the skirt and the look was completed with a black cape with a long trail.
5. Fairytale Wonderland – Shyamal and Bhumika
Shyamal and Bhumika successfully recreated a fairy tale wonderland with this beautiful gown. The detailed embroidery looked fabulous in this shade of ivory.
6. A Royal Affair – Shyamal and Bhumika
This has to be the topmost one in our wishlist of outfits that we wish to don this wedding season. The royal shade, the right amount of shimmer and pretty flowers is all one can ask for to make all the heads turn after all!
7. Traditional Fusion – Punit Balana
A peplum choli teamed up with a sharara sure is one style one has to try out this wedding season. Top it up with the flavour of red, and the celebration mode will be set just right.
8. Popping Shades – Anamika Khanna
If there was one design which created a sonic boom, it was this unconventional piece by Anamika Khanna. The bold shades and the long jacket looked stunning with the fitted pants.
9. Songs of Summer – Anita Dongre
This floral lehenga from Anita Dongre’s collection will remind you of those beautiful vintage memories which are always empowered by the rose gold colour. The Benarasi work and the work on the lehenga became one for this masterpiece.
10. Black Saree Gown – Anamika Khanna
The show was closed by Kareena Kapoor in a gorgeous Anamika Khanna creation. It was a sensuous black gown which was teamed up with black pants. It had traditional zardozi work and sari style drape.

This rendezvous of dreamy drape, soft hue and dainty embroidery by Neha Agarwal was the most surreal outfit we spotted at Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2018.

Tarun Tahiliani added some freshness to the stage with this beautiful lehenga. Kriti Sanon looked like a summer breeze in the pink lehenga with floral work.

Yami Gautam represented Manish Malhotra in a beautiful fusion outfit. The sari had beautiful authentic Kashmiri embroidery of tilla zari. The blouse had fringes which gave the look a thrilling touch.
15. Royal Floral Lehenga – Payal Singhal
The real-life princess, Aditi Rao Hydari, was the royal showstopper for the designer, Payal Singhal. She wore a detailed lehenga in silver and powder pink which is sure to become a source of inspiration for many generations.
Lakme Fashion Week Summer Resort 2018 was a mix of bold colours and pastel shades. Every designer had put their best foot forward to give us some of the most gorgeous designs. By making the plus size models and women from rural areas walk the ramp, this year, the show has left a beautiful mark both in the books of fashion and in our hearts.
