Traditionally, a South Indian wedding begins with a pooja ceremony. It is an intimate ceremony where only the close family members are present. Soundarya Rajinikanth kept her look very simple for the pooja. She wore a blue and orange Kanjeevaram saree. Further, she opted for a subtle makeup with a blue bindi. Her makeup artist, Prakruthi Ananth used Huda Beauty and Anastasia Beverly Hills products to create this look. She carried a neatly tied bun and accessorized it with gajras. Wasn’t she looking all ravishing in her traditional temple jewellery?

Unlike other South Indian brides, Soundarya chose diamonds as the part of her wedding jewellery and not just gold. Her dual diamond necklaces with an emerald centrepiece complemented the creation of Abu-Jani Khosla. Like a true South Indian bride, she did not forget to put colourful gajras in her long and luscious braid.
