Meherr and Simardeep are yet another couple who found love during the pandemic. They first met at a pilgrimage in July 2018, and became friends. A year after, they met at a common friend’s wedding and had a gala time with a bunch of other friends. Then when the Pandemic hit, they spent their time on group chats and playing online games with their friends. Amidst one of those comfortable conversations, they discussed how frustrating arrange marriage setups are and wondered why they hadn’t thought about giving it a shot with each other. The rest is history! Just after a couple of dinner dates and drives later, they told their parents and had a roka ceremony. So surreal and seamless, isn’t it? Meherr and Simardeep tied the knot in November 2021 and the Sikh wedding was surely magical!

This Sabyasachi Bride Tied The Knot At The Gurudwara

Meherr looked gorgeous as she wore a quintessential classic red lehenga for her Sikh wedding. Her D-day red lehenga was from the shelves of Sabyasachi and she styled it in the most stunning way. Meanwhile, the groom Simardeep wore an ivory sherwani with which he added red jewellery to match his bride.

The couple tied the knot amidst the presence of their family and friends at the Gurudwara. The wedding pictures are simply stunning and you are sure to feel the warmth oozing through them!

After that surreal Sikh wedding, Meherr and Simardeep hosted a stunning reception. Meherr opted a champagne hued pre-draped cocktail saree from designer Gaurav Gupta. Groom Simardeep looked handsome as he wore a stylish black tuxedo from Mitesh Lodha. The couple entry stole our heart!
