Singer Monali Thakur recently revealed in an interview that she has been married to a Switzerland based restaurateur Maik Richter for the last three years and left all of us in awe. The couple met each other in 2016 when Monali was backpacking with her girls in Switzerland and he was the host of their Airbnb. Six months later, Monali Thakur husband proposed to her on Christmas eve and it was bitter cold at that time and she said yes to him.

Monali has recently released her single “Dil Ka Fitoor.” The music video has been shot in the Swiss village of Murren, and it features her husband Maik Richter romancing against the backdrop of the Alps. Isn’t that great?
The singer says that they did not initially have the plan of keeping their wedding a secret but somehow it got delayed and then the pandemic happened. But they will surely be hosting a grand reception for their friends and family members once all of this is over.
