Oh, That Proposal!
In the month of January 2016, Masoom’s long time beau Shailin, proposed to her at Marine Drive complete with a caricature artist, violinists, flowers and the jazz. The first time he had asked her to be his girlfriend was on the riverside walk at London three years ago and he wanted her to relive the moment, here in Mumbai, at the seaside walk. With this handsome man going down on his knees, and the ultra romantic gesture, she had to yes!

The Minty Engagement Ceremony!
The engagement ceremony was done proper, following Gujarati traditions. She looked marvellous in an offbeat blue Anita Dongre lehenga, beautifully colour co-ordinated with her handsome fiancee. Shailin wore a blue Arjun Khanna kurta and they looked dreamy together! #MissSFVirtualEngagement became quite a thing back then. It was almost like a new tradition that she’d started.

The Greece Bachelorette!
The fun didn’t stop and she took her girlfriends to a bachelorette trip to Greece in the summer of ‘16 and trust us it was the most gorgeous and crazy bachelorette of all times! The popular hashtag #MMFlingsGreece took over Instagram, and was full of almost envious pictures from the trip. Tonnes of hampers, favours and presents were seen and we must say Masoom Minawala made sure her girls feel special.

Her wedding festivities started with a bang with a sensational HOLI themed party! Isn’t that an absolutely insane idea to kickstart the celebrations giving a break to the cliched cocktail nights? Because you know what would life really be like without bright and saturated colours.

A day before her wedding, the haldi and mehendi ceremony was a private affair, witnessed mostly by her closed relatives and Masoom looked her traditional best for both the functions.
The suitable bride in red and yellow. The bride-to-be made sure that her mehendi design has the London skyline as an important aspect of her design as that’s the place where they had first met!
