Sundowner Cocktail Party To Kickstart The Celebration

Ira & Rajat’s wedding kickstarted with a massive celebration! A fabulous sundowner cocktail party that was surrounded by love, laughter, and a canopy of warm beautiful fairy lights. Ira opted to wear a stunning red Tarun Tahiliani lehenga while Rajat wore a dapper-looking black indo-western outfit.

The couple laughed, danced, and celebrated with their closest friends and family members who meant the world to them. With some surprise toasts, and dances from the couple’s friends to a live band singing their favorite songs, it surely was a magical night!

For her chooda and haldi ceremony, Ira opted for a gorgeous ivory-colored saree with yellow flowers printed on it. Keeping it subtle, she opted for subtle makeup as she enjoyed all the emotional moments from this intimate ceremony. With only her family around, Ira soaked it all the special moments that she cherished for the lifetime.

For their wedding, Ira & Rajat both opted for a subtle pastel-hued outfit which went best with their outdoor wedding setup. With the Taj Mahal in the background, Ira & Rajat’s wedding was surely a sight to behold.

Ira wore a gorgeous lehenga and styled it with statement jewellery and let her hair down. Rajat’s outfit for his D-day was a special one! He wore an ivory colored sherwani that had been designed by Ira & Rajat’s high school friend – designer Agraj Jain. The sherwani featured embroidery on the sleeve, which was a reference to the TV show Gossip Girl, which the duo loved. It also had a wave and mountain symbol, which represented the couple’s love for travel and the outdoors.
