Nithya and Akshay’s blissful Chennai wedding is all about love and we are truly all eyes for the splendid wedding. The couple started dating in the middle of 2018, bonding over movies, long drives and their love for travel. Fast forward three years and they decided to take the relationship to the next stage. Akshay proposed to Nithya in the middle of a bridge over a Japanese water pond at Hakone Japanese Gardens in Saratoga, California in January 2021, in the company of all their friends.

Nithya absolutely loves the concept of a wedding celebration and ever since their wedding dates got fixed, Akshay and Nithya were completely hands-on about the wedding preparation so much that they designed pinterest boards, shortlisted vendors, outfits, theme for the decor for all the events including the fabric choice, flowers and whatnot completely by themselves.

The theme for the mehendi is bright multicolored desi theme and we went all out in planning the design and decor. The mehendi was organized by the pool side and it was one of the most fun events. Nithya looked beautiful in a colorful bridal lehenga and her braid was the real show-stealer. The images are proof that it was a fun-filled event.

2. The Radiant Red Outfit For The Sangeet Ceremony

Nithya opted for a red elaborated outfit for the sangeet ceremony and looked like a diva. It was a glamorous cocktail party filled with bling clothes, peppy music and lots of dancing on a royal red-gold themed stage. Everything about it was just perfect.
