Intimate Juhu Wedding Of Two Chartered Accountants In Mumbai

This intimate Juhu wedding of two Chartered Accountants’ is an interesting one. Rani and Shrey first crossed each other’s paths 13 years ago in college, where they were both a part of their college’s planning committee. After the first few meetings, Shrey knew that Rani was the one. And he approached Rani with his heart on his sleeve. However, Rani took her sweet time to come around but Shrey’s determination paid off. And the two began their journey from being college mates to becoming Chartered Accountants together. It has been 11 years since Rani finally decided to accept Shrey’s proposal, and now they’re finally married.

Both Rani and Shrey wanted to get married somewhere close to where they would starting their new life together. And they decided on Juhu, Mumbai which was also close to where they’d first met. Keeping the pandemic restrictions in mind, they wanted a venue that would provide them the surety of safety for their guests. That’s when they decided to book the JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai as their wedding venue.

1. Digital Wedding Invite

Shrey and Rani opted for a digital wedding invitation that summarised their wedding theme beautifully. They wanted their invitation to reflect their Rajasthani roots and illustrator Kritika Jhawar did a tremendous job curating it. The invitation also featured Shrey’s favorite animal i.e. tiger that also tied along with their wedding hashtag #WorldOfShera.

2. Mehendi Function

The wedding celebrations kickstarted with the mehendi function. Rani wore a beautiful green lehenga with gold details with matching jhumka earrings. While Shrey was dressed in a sage green kurta with small beige leaf motifs. We loved Rani’s nude makeup look for her mehndi celebrations.

3. Sangeet Night

The mehendi was followed by the sangeet function the same evening. Rani looked lovely in a stunning Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga. The diamond jewelry complimented the shimmery lehenga blouse, beautifully. And Shrey rocked his sangeet look in a deep blue Sabyasachi kurta covered in floral prints. They surely set the sangeet stage on fire with their looks.

4. Haldi Ceremony

Both Shrey and Rani performed the haldi rituals together with their close friends and family. The fun duo shared some light-hearted moments at their haldi ceremony. For their post haldi look, the couple donned yellow outfits. Rani wore a Jesal Vora lehenga with zig-zag patterns over the lehenga skirt. And paired it with minimal jewelry.
