Have you ever thought of getting your roka ceremony shoot done at your first date place? Well our today’s couple Bhakti and Raunak met through Raunak’s cousin who is Bhakti’s friend and they hit it off as friends. He asked her to go on a date with him to which she had replied, “not sure about a date but a dinner is fine ” no flirting, no talking but they both knew deep down this was it. They spoke like they knew each other for years on their first dinner and it was great because they were able to be friends before lovers with no strings attached. When it’s meant to be no time or occasion can stop it. A year later here they are getting engaged and getting married. They had an intimate roka ceremony in Bhakti’s backyard. On their roka day they went to their favourite local coffee shop and got a quick shoot done. Bhakti who is also the founder of a progressive Indian clothing brand in California called House of Oomphabian designed her own outfit.
