In case you missed out, actress Kajal Aggarwal and businessman Gautam Kitchlu tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony at Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Mumbai. We absolutely loved each of her bridal outfits, from mehendi to her reception. Kajal Aggarwal’s Wedding Looks took the whole bridal fashion game to the next level.
In case? you are wondering how to recreate her looks, we have you covered.
So here we are decoding Kajal Aggarwal’s wedding looks from her intimate wedding festivities:
Kajal Aggarwal’s Mehendi & Haldi Ceremony
The pre wedding festivities kicked off with an intimate mehendi and haldi ceremony. For her mehendi, Kajal was spotted wearing a simple salwar kameez and no makeup look, perfectly paired with a pair of gorgeous chand bali earrings. She looked like a joyous bride flaunting her mehendi adorned hands.
Whereas for haldi also she wore a simple yellow suit accessorized with pretty floral jewellery.
Kajal Aggarwal’s Intimate Engagement Ceremony
For her engagement, Kajal wore a vibrant yellow organza saree with delicate thread and sequin hand woven embroidery along with a glamorous blouse by ace designer Manish Malhotra and she looked beautiful and how!
Well in this pandemic we saw a lot of couples getting their photoshoots done in coordinated masks and how could this power couple be left out. Their pictures with masks looked adorable.
Kajal Aggarwal’s Chooda Ceremony
Kajal looked flawless on her chooda ceremony in an orange anarkali suit by Shyamal & Bhumika and paired it with multicolour jewellery by Sunita Shekhawat. Her picture where she is flaunting her huge kaliras simply stole the show!
Kajal’s “Punjabi meets Kashmiri Wedding”
Both Kajal and Gautam belong to different cultures, Punjabi and Kashmiri respectively. However, because of their individual and strong affinity to South India they included a telugu wedding ritual called jeelakarra Bellam which signifies the union/marriage of the bride and the groom. Jeelakarra (cumin) and bellam (jaggery) are made into a thick paste and put on a tamalapaku (betel leaf). The bride and the groom put it on each other’s head while the purohit chants mantras from the Vedas. The bride and the groom look at each other only after this ceremony is completed and this auspicious ceremony signifies that the couple will stay together in bitter and sweet times.
