And, while the national lockdown has forced many engaged couples to postpone or cancel their weddings, there are some who are busy creating a history with never seen before moments.

While the current COVID-19 pandemic situation has left the entire world in distress, there are couples who are setting some major couple goals by breaking the gaps of social distancing digitally and how.

Not much before, we came across a punjabi couple who didn’t let Coronavirus cancel their wedding. The couple tied the knot on their scheduled wedding date virtually on Zoom app and oh boy, it literally took the internet by the storm.

Check out another such innovative wedding story that happened amidst the national lockdown:

Well, among many couples who had to postpone their wedding due to COVID-19, Delhi’s Gazal Bawa, co-founder of an Indian home decor e-commerce portal made it to the news, thanks to their thoughtful friends.

Using the quarantine time effectively, Gazal and Hemant’s friends planned a surprise online sangeet ceremony for them, where everybody marked their attendance wearing traditional attires. With an adorable message in the beginning i.e.”Gazal and Hemant, here’s little something from all of us together in isolation”, their friends presented a dhamakedaar sangeet performance on a punjabi track called ‘Na Dil De Pardesi Nu’.

national lockdown, virtual sangeet ceremony

Well, that’s something really crazy and absolutely adorable at the same time. Needless to say, the couple expressed their feelings on social media to thank their friends for this heart-warming gesture. Bawa made the video viral on Twitter which reads “Our friends threw us a #BawaMani Virtual Sangeet Party since our wedding couldn’t take place this weekend! Our hearts are full of love for these bums who made our day.”

Well, this virtual sangeet ceremony totally deserves a look and will want you tap your feets to the tunes of bhangra. The couple in their interview said that they have full hopes that these difficult times will end soon and post that they will throw a big fat Indian wedding for their friends and family.

P.S. We are loving how quarantine is making people love each other even more that too following the basic rules of social distancing and staying home.
